  16. If you do not have them, you can download them from 
  17. ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/Softlib/MSLFILES/VBRUN60.EXE

  20. INSTALLING Sure Delete
  21. -Unzip the archive file to a directory
  22. -Find Setup.exe
  23. -Run the Setup.exe and follow directions.

  26. UNINSTALLING Sure Delete
  27. I do not know why you would want to do this but here are the directions.
  28. Go to the Add/Remove programs applet in the control panel. Find Sure Delete. 
  29. Select it, and click on Remove.
